Four Seasons Environmental removes 80,000 cubic yards of PCB contaminated sediment from the Fox River in Green Bay WI. Seven area paper mills are paying the $9 million price tag for the clean up. Dave Nelson Project Administrator fine tunes WINOPS for accurate sediment removal.

Below is a graphic from the front page of the Press-Gazette of Green Bay showing the contamination distribution in the Fox River near the Fort James Corp. paper mill. Most of the bad stuff came from the manufacture of carbon paper for copy making in pre-computer times.
